Your cargo, inspected on arrival in Southern California — unboxing, count check, photos and a written report from our own warehouse near the Port of LA. You do not have to be there to see the true condition of your goods, and discrepancies are flagged and handled on the spot.

How pricing works

• Per-shipment inspection (priced per ticket): one bill of lading / one arrival = one ticket. The base inspection covers unboxing and count check against the packing list, exterior and packaging check, photo documentation, and one English inspection report. The exact fee depends on cargo type and quantity and is confirmed from your packing list before you pay — once the confirmed price is written into the order, it does not change.
• FBA prep & inspection bundle: receiving + inspection + labeling + poly-bagging, from $0.50 per unit.
• On-site / in-plant inspection days (within the US): $1,000/day, 5-day minimum, travel expenses reimbursed at cost. Covers factory audits, warehouse inspections and trade-show floor verification.
• China factory inspection — two tiers: In-person tier $1,000/day (5-day minimum, travel at cost): our founder attends in person, bilingual — business judgment and follow-up negotiation, not just a standard checklist report. Remote-supervised tier $699/day: a local inspector executes on site at local rates while LEISDEAL supervises remotely — bilingual review of results, report quality control, and follow-up on exceptions and negotiation handled by us.

What you receive

• English inspection report (PDF): arrival count vs. packing list reconciliation, sampling ratio and defect details
• Photo pack: outer carton, unboxing, product details and close-ups of problem areas (original files)
• Exception list: damage, shortages, wrong items, label / certification mark issues — itemized, with handling recommendations
• One-page conclusion: accept / rework required / reject recommended — one clear, explicit call

Who this is for

Factories shipping to the US for the first time; sellers whose supply chain has many intermediary hands and who worry about goods not matching the order; brands shipping into FBA or wholesale channels that need a gate check before goods move on.

How it works

Order and pay on this page (or pay after the per-ticket price is confirmed from your packing list) → cargo arrives at the warehouse / the on-site date is set → inspection completed within 1–2 business days → report and photo pack delivered → repeat per shipment for later batches.
