What we do

LEISDEAL INC (Est. 2015, Chino CA, VOSB-certified) sources LA-area overstock and FBA tail goods, inspects them on-site at the upstream warehouse, negotiates pricing, and executes the sale. You never have to hunt for inventory — we bring vetted deals to the table.

What we're looking for

A partner who brings one or more of the following:

• Capital to fund per-deal purchases
• Warehouse space to receive and store goods
• Sales channels to move inventory fast (wholesale buyers, retail, export, e-commerce)

How it works

1. We source a lot, inspect it on-site, and negotiate the price.
2. Goods ship directly from the upstream warehouse to your warehouse or the buyer's — no double handling through our Chino facility.
3. Each deal is a standalone joint venture: we split profit and loss by contribution, with clear books per deal.
4. We start with 2–3 trial deals. If it works, we talk long-term.

What we don't do

• No apparel overstock (that line is discontinued).
• No vague handshake deals — every deal has written terms: who funds, who inspects, who handles warehousing and logistics, who sells, how we split, and how we prevent either side from being cut out.
